Only the annual charges of your selected package - for example, the Platinum package annual renewal is Rs. 8,000. The tracking device and hardware remain company property and transfer to the customer only after 3-5 years of continuous, undiscontinued service.
Yes, at any time during your contract, by paying the difference between your current and desired package. Upgrading needs a new device installation, but that installation charge is paid by the company.
