Annex A: eTracking ERP, Business Enquiries and Demo Access

This Annex applies to businesses and their staff who ask about eTracking ERP, request a quote or a demo, or whose company uses eTracking ERP. Where it differs from the sections above, this Annex applies to that use.

A.1 What we collect. When you request a quote or a demo: your name, company, mobile number, email, city or country, number of vehicles, and your message; the wording and time of the consent you gave; your IP address; and where you came from (campaign tags). When you use the demo: when your link or code was opened and which demo screens you viewed.

A.2 Why, and our legal basis. We use these details to answer you, to send your demo link and code, to protect the demo from misuse, and to contact you about eTracking ERP. If the data protection laws of the European Union or the United Kingdom apply to you, our legal basis is your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), the steps you asked us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting our sales process. Sales messages go to you only as you agreed, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

A.3 Who helps us. Google reCAPTCHA checks that a form is sent by a person. Google Analytics 4 measures how the website is used and which forms are completed; for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it starts with cookies and advertising data switched off. Zoho (ZeptoMail) delivers our emails. Cloudflare carries and protects the website's traffic. Amazon Web Services hosts the website and its data. These providers may process your details outside your country.

A.4 How long we keep it. We keep demo and quote requests until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them. You can ask at any time (see A.5). Demo access itself normally ends after 3 days.

A.5 Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, to delete them, or to stop using them. To delete your demo or quote details yourself, use our delete your account or data page, or email [email protected]. If the laws of the European Union or the United Kingdom apply to you, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

A.6 Companies that use eTracking ERP. When a company uses eTracking ERP, that company decides what data goes in and why, and is responsible for it towards its own customers and staff. We process that data only to host, maintain, back up and support the company's system, as set out in our contract with the company. We never use that data for ourselves or contact the company's customers. Our support staff reach a company's system only to support it, and that access is logged. If you are a customer or employee of such a company, please make your request to the company.

A.7 The eTracking ERP app. The app opens your company's ERP. What you enter there is covered by paragraph A.6. To remove your account, see our delete your account or data page.
