What is eTracking GPS Tracking Software?
A multi-protocol GPS vehicle tracking platform for tracking companies, resellers and fleet operators. It receives data from 250+ tracker protocols and gives you a live map, geofences, alerts, reports, remote commands and accounts for your own customers, on the web and on Android. You can use it as SaaS or as your own white-label system.
Which GPS trackers does it support?
More than 250 tracker protocols, including Teltonika, Concox, Jimi IoT, Coban, Queclink, Suntech, Meitrack, Ruptela, Topflytech and Huabao JT808, plus personal, kids and watch trackers and OBD units. Our own live fleet runs Jimi VG03 and ET25, Concox GT06N and Teltonika FMB920. Tell us your model and we will confirm it.
Does it work with Teltonika, Concox, Jimi IoT and Coban trackers?
Yes. Teltonika codecs 8, 8 Extended, 12, 13 and 16, the GT06 family used by Concox and Jimi IoT, and the Coban and TK103 style protocols are all supported. Teltonika Bluetooth and Eye sensors, driver ID, fuel and CAN inputs are read where the tracker sends them.
What is the difference between SaaS and white label?
Both run the same software. With SaaS you get a manager account on our hosted platform and create accounts for your customers. With white label you get a separate dedicated server with your own name, logo, colours and domain, so your customers never see another brand. Many companies start with SaaS and move to white label as they grow.
Can I use my own brand, logo and domain?
On a white-label dedicated server, yes: your company name, logo, colours, terms and privacy links and your own domain. You can also switch modules on or off for your customers. On SaaS, customers log in to the eTracking platform. A mobile app with your own name and icon is available as a quoted service.
Can I create accounts for my own customers?
Yes. Create manager accounts and customer accounts, set a user limit and a device limit for each, give each an expiry date and choose permission flags such as read-only, limited commands or no reports. You can log in as a customer to help them, and every customer sees only their own vehicles.
How do geofences and alerts work?
Draw a polygon, circle or route on the map and attach it to a vehicle, a fleet or an account. The platform raises an alert when a vehicle enters or leaves, and can limit alerts to working hours. The same notification system covers 39 alarm types such as SOS, overspeed, power cut and tampering.
Which notification channels are supported?
Web pop-ups, email, SMS, mobile push, Telegram and Pushover. Each rule chooses its channels, its vehicles or fleets and an optional schedule, and a test button checks that a channel works. Administrators can also broadcast an announcement to their customers from the dashboard.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Our Android app is on Google Play and shows the live map, history, geofences, reports and commands, with push alerts in the status bar. On iPhone, open the dashboard in Safari and add it to the home screen. An Android app with your own name and icon is available as a quoted service.
Can I send commands such as engine stop?
Yes, where the tracker supports them. There are 44 command types, including engine stop and resume, position now, reboot, output control and speed limit. Engine stop shows a warning and needs a confirmation. You can send a command to one vehicle or a whole fleet, and queue it for when a tracker next connects.
What reports are included?
Trips, stops, summary, events, positions and charts, with speed-coloured routes and point-by-point replay. Reports export to Excel, CSV, KML and GPX, and an audit log shows who did what. Administrators also get combined reports and server statistics.
Can reports be emailed automatically?
Yes. Schedule a trips, stops, summary, events or positions report to repeat every day, week or month. A plain-language line tells you when it will be sent and what it covers. You can pause it, send a test email now, and allow read-only customer accounts to schedule their own.
Does it have an API?
Yes. A REST API with an OpenAPI description and a live WebSocket feed let you build your own customer portal, app or reports. Positions and events can also be forwarded as they arrive to a web address, Kafka, MQTT, RabbitMQ or Redis, and sign-in can use OpenID Connect or LDAP.
How many vehicles can it handle?
Our own live service tracks hundreds of devices and handles about a million positions a day. Devices are processed in parallel, the dashboard and vehicle tables are built for large fleets, and several servers can be linked through Redis when you outgrow one. Tell us your expected fleet size and we will advise.
Is my customers’ data private and secure?
On a white-label server your customers’ data lives on a server that is yours alone. On every setup, each customer sees only their own vehicles. Passwords are salted and hashed, two-factor login is available, access tokens are signed, requests are throttled and an audit log records who did what.
Which languages does it support?
The web dashboard is available in 57 languages, including Arabic, Persian and Hebrew in right-to-left layout, and Hindi, Bengali, Indonesian and Malay. It detects the browser language, and each user can change units such as kilometres or miles, litres or gallons, and their time zone.
Can it track fuel, temperature and drivers?
Where the tracker reports them, yes. The platform reads fuel level with drop and refill events, wired and Bluetooth temperature sensors, driver identification by RFID or iButton, and OBD and CAN data such as engine speed and coolant temperature. Ignition, odometer and engine hours drive alerts and maintenance reminders.
Who builds and runs the software?
E-Tracking Solutions, a vehicle tracking company serving customers since 2017. The platform is proprietary software that our own team builds and maintains, on proven open-source components, and we run our own live tracking service on it every day, so changes are tested on real fleets.
How much does it cost?
It depends on whether you choose SaaS or a white-label dedicated server, how many devices and customer accounts you need, and which services you add, such as a branded app. Send a message on WhatsApp or request a quote and we will reply with a clear proposal.
Can I try it before I decide?
We give you a private demo built around your own scenario, so you can see how your customers, vehicles, alerts and reports would look before you decide. Ask for it when you request a quote or message us on WhatsApp.
Is it only for companies in Pakistan?
No. It was built and is used daily by a tracking company in Pakistan, and it runs in any web browser, with trackers and map providers that work worldwide. A tracking company or fleet operator anywhere can use it. Tell us about your business and we will confirm it fits.
Do you also offer software to manage my tracking business?
Yes. eTracking ERP is business software for tracking companies: customers, installations, devices and SIMs, renewals, invoices, payments, accounts and staff. It works alongside the tracking platform, and it is described on its own page of this website.
