Delete your account or data

Demo and quote requests

If you asked us for an eTracking ERP demo or a quote on this website, enter the email you used. We will send a link to that address, so we know it is really you. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.

What is deleted

Your name, company, mobile number, email, city, country and message, your consent record, and the list of demo screens you opened. Copies inside our encrypted backups go when those backups age out. We may keep a record that a deletion happened, without your details.

The eTracking ERP app

If you use the app through your employer, your login and your work records belong to your company's ERP. Ask your company's administrator to remove your account. They manage staff users themselves.

If you can't reach them, email [email protected] with your company's name and your login email. We will pass your request to your company and confirm when we have done so.

GPS tracking customers

To close a tracking account or delete its data, email [email protected] from the address on the account. We will action it, except where the law, a contract or a dispute requires us to keep something. See our privacy policy.
