Silver covers live location and trip history for a basic keep-an-eye-on-it setup. Gold adds safety push alerts (device tampering, power-cut, geo-fence, ignition). Platinum - the most popular choice - adds SMS and call alerts, remote engine on/off control and a fuel-spent estimate. Voice-Pro adds in-car voice listening on call plus service reminders. Premium Plus adds rough-driving and crash sensors with automatic accident alerts, which makes it the usual pick for a new or young driver in the family.

There is no monthly fee. You pay the package price once when the tracker is installed, and that covers the whole first year. After that you pay a single annual renewal charge for your package. Nothing is billed monthly and the app never charges you separately.

Yes. Every E-Tracking device has its own internal backup battery, so if the main car battery is disconnected or the wiring is cut the tracker keeps reporting its location and immediately sends you a power-cut alert (on Gold and above). This is one of the main reasons a wired tracker recovers stolen cars that a plug-in device cannot.

The device is fitted covertly, hidden inside the dashboard or body of the car during installation - not plugged into any visible port. It also sends a tamper alert the moment anyone tries to open or disturb it. For high-value vehicles the One Matrix package installs a second hidden device as a backup, so disabling one still leaves the car trackable.

The tracker has its own SIM and mobile-data connection built in, and the data cost is included in your package and annual renewal - you never top it up or pay a mobile operator. Your phone or computer just needs a normal internet connection to open the app and see the vehicle.

Yes, on Platinum and above. The device includes an online immobiliser, so if you believe the car is being used without permission you can send an engine-off command from the app and it cannot be restarted until you send resume. For safety the command will not cut the engine while the car is moving at speed - it takes effect once the vehicle slows or stops.

A standard wired installation is done carefully by our technicians without cutting the original loom, and does not affect a manufacturer warranty in practice. If you would rather have nothing wired at all, the Plug & Play OBD series simply plugs into the car's OBD port and can be moved between vehicles - no wiring is touched.

Yes. Tracking a vehicle you own or are responsible for is lawful, and the hardware we supply is PTA-compliant. The service is intended for protecting your own vehicle, family drivers and business fleet - not for tracking other people without their knowledge.

Fitting takes about 30 to 45 minutes. A technician comes to your home or office in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Gujranwala at no extra charge, or you can visit our centre. In other cities installation can still be arranged - contact us with your location.
